What areas do you serve?
We serve Napa, Vallejo, Fairfield, Vacaville, Sonoma, Benicia, American Canyon, Richmond and Concord, plus roughly 15 miles around each city. See our full Service Areas page or ask us directly if you're not sure your address is covered.
Do you clean wall-to-wall carpet?
Not yet — right now we clean area rugs and runners (the kind you can pick up and move), along with sofas, chairs, mattresses and other upholstery. Wall-to-wall carpet cleaning may be added as a future service.
How does pricing work?
Starting prices are $95 for a single piece, $239 for multi-piece jobs and $419 for whole-home visits. Your exact quote depends on the size, fabric and condition of your specific furniture — send us a few photos through our contact form and we'll text or call back with a confirmed price, usually the same day.
How long does furniture take to dry?
Most sofas and chairs are usable again within a few hours; mattresses and rugs can take a bit longer depending on size and humidity. We'll give you a realistic estimate for your specific job before we start.
Are your cleaning solutions safe for pets and kids?
Yes — we use eco-friendly solutions that are safe for pets and children once the fabric is fully dry. We'll let you know the recommended re-entry window at the time of your appointment.
Do I need to be home during the appointment?
It's best if someone is available to let us in and show us what needs cleaning, but arrangements can sometimes be made — ask us when booking.

What if a stain doesn't fully come out?
We're upfront about this before we start — fresh stains usually lift completely, but older, set-in stains may only lighten depending on the fabric and what caused them. We'll never promise a result we can't deliver.
